While we respect everyone in our profession, not everyone will make the cut. This is a site where we’re putting our reputations and endorsement behind the inspectors listed here. Therefore, the inspectors listed here need to be the very best.

There is a vetting process. This will take work on our part. That’s why there is a non-refundable $49 application fee, to cover our time and expense for the vetting process. This applies to every sign-up, whether you are added to the database or not. 

This website will incur expense and time.  If you are added to the site, there is a $20 a month membership fee. You can cancel at any time. There are NO OTHER FEES. 

We will promote this site on our social media content and correspondence with our followers. Any referrals you receive are yours. We recommend making sure you’re on your A game with these clients and referrals, because you CAN be removed at any time, with  no refund of your membership fee if we receive complaints. 

Your information WILL be reviewed on a recurring basis. If your Google review rating drops below 4.9 or we receive complaints, you will be removed from our database.
